Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return it free of charge.

Returns

You can return new, unused items within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. Returns are free, using a prepaid return label.

How to return an item

Contact us at contact@tilnoari.store or call (210) 710-7915 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET) with your order number.
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the item securely and send it back to us by mail.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available. When you contact us, tell us which item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is new and unused, we process your refund within 14 days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Items we cannot accept

We can only accept returns of items that are new and unused.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
